As part of our Wellness Solutions team, you’ll speak with customers who have already shown interest, understand their concerns, explain personalized recommendations, and guide them toward the most suitable products and services.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive – Wellness Solutions, you will engage with prospective customers who have completed an online assessment and are seeking guidance. You’ll understand their concerns, explain personalized recommendations, answer product-related questions, and help them make informed purchasing decisions while delivering a professional and supportive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers who have completed an online assessment.
- Understand customer concerns and explain personalized recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Recommend suitable products and wellness solutions based on customer needs.
- Answer customer questions regarding product ingredients, usage, expected outcomes, and related information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and support teams whenever additional expertise is required.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
- Support additional operational responsibilities as business requirements evolve.
Job Requirements
Education
- Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, or customer engagement.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Work Details
- Location: Mumbai, India
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Schedule:6-day work week with fixed day shifts and rotational week-offs.
