As part of our operations team, you’ll support customers, sellers, vendors, and internal stakeholders by resolving operational queries, coordinating solutions, and helping ensure a smooth retail experience.


About the Role

As a Customer Support Associate – E-commerce Operations, you will assist with customer, supplier, and vendor support activities while coordinating operational workflows and resolving process-related issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering efficient and professional support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer, supplier, and vendor support interactions professionally.
  • Communicate clearly in Hindi and English across operational workflows.
  • Analyze supplier or vendor issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, case documentation, and support logs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and operational support.
  • Use MS Office, Google Sheets, and related applications for reporting and operational tracking.
  • Follow established operational procedures, quality standards, and service guidelines.
  • Deliver a positive support experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Support additional operational responsibilities as business requirements evolve.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Minimum Qualification: Class XII (Higher Secondary).

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
  • Regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • E-commerce knowledge or previous retail operations experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, and related productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to understand operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
