About the Role
As a Customer Support Associate – Beauty & Lifestyle Services, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order-related concerns, account support, and service requests. You’ll provide timely and accurate assistance while delivering a seamless customer experience and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and assistance based on customer requirements.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience while adhering to established quality standards.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and resolutions.
- Follow established operational procedures and service guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills during customer interactions.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Support additional operational responsibilities as business requirements evolve.
Job Requirements
Education
- Minimum Qualification: XII Pass.
Experience
- Candidates with 1–2 years of customer service or customer support experience are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Language & Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- English proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 3–4 is preferred.
Typing & Written Communication
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with a high level of accuracy.
- Written communication proficiency equivalent to CEFR Level B1.
- Good grammar, sentence construction, and written communication skills.
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of:
- Internet and web-based applications
- Mobile applications
- System navigation
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Comfortable using CRM, telephony, and customer support applications.
